Try to learn how to use Photoshop or at least in pics like this, try to learn how to use the deform tool before posting pics of this nature. And I assume all you used to "enhance" the picture was the grow tool within the deform filter which is something somone with very little no to no skill would do.
Also for more constructive criticism: you could at least look at some tutorials online before making yourself look like someone who needs to read a copy of "Photoshop For Dummies"
